2. Is it possible to have 2 plating on the same item?
Surely, "double plating" can be done.

3. How can I get samples for my own design?
First please send your design or sketch or photo to us, you can just tell us your idea also.
As soon as received it, we will check and consult with you for all details, like what process will be the best fit, what
plating you want, the size, etc. Considering your requirements and budget, we'll use our rich experience and make
our best recommendation to you.
According to your requirement, we will make an artwork and send to you for approval.
Once everything decided, we will set up a new mould and make samples, so you'll get samples in hand within 5-7
days.

4. How can I check the shipping situation of my order when it has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you immediately with all the information concerning
this shipment as well as the tracking number, so enable you to check it.

5. What's your lead time for sample and mass production?
Normally we can deliver samples within 5-10 working days upon the processing way. Mass production depends on
the process you need and quantity, usually we can make delivery 7-15 days from the receipt of L/C or deposit.

6. How about your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no MOQ limit usually, both for large quantity as 200,000pcs or small quantity as 20pcs, we'll give the same
warmly welcome.

7. Can I get the price list of your products?
Because of the fluctuant price in material, we can only give you a price list for your reference; it may not be
considered as a stable offer. For firm quotation, please contact your sales rep

8. What information is required to get a quotation?
To calculate the cost, you'd better send a photo or just a sketch to us, and advise your requirements also: what
material? plating? color? size? quantity and process?

9. How to send your artwork?
You can send as an email attachment (Max 5 MB), or send by courier.
If your artwork concerns Offset Printing, send uncompressed tiff file is the best, Photo shop is ok too. The more
clear artwork you provide, the more nice print result you'll get.

10. What payment methods you require?
Total amount is less than USD 300.0 by Western Union or Paypal.If customer want to pay by TT, please add TT
transaction charge USD25/time.
Total amount is more than USD1,000 by TT.
Total amount is more than USD30,000, Irrevocalbe L/C at sight is also workable.
