Q:1.Are you manufacturer or trading company?

Q:2. What service can you provide?
A:(1) Make free design to customer confirm before mass production or make sample,free design 2D and 3D.
(2) Within 10mints or 2hours reply customer email .
(3) Give feedback for production step.
(4) Allow inspection companies during or after production to inspect the quality,Confirm shipment inforamtion after passed QC and before send goods .
(5) Follow up with shipping company to keep the goods customer received on time .
(6) OEM and ODM

Q:3.Can I get a sample?How is the sample charge?
A:(1) Can send you our ready sample to test our products quality, you just pay sample shipping cost.
(2) Pay mold cost to make your design sample , we make sample as your design or give us details we make design send to customer approve.
(3) If you are not satisfied with our samples we can refund the sample fee to you.

Q:4.What's the MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is 100pcs for EACH design.

Q:5.What is your terms of payment?
A:(1) Sample cost / Moude cost to be prepaid prior to sampling;
(2) 30% deposit to be prepaid prior to mass production;
(3) Balance to be prepaid after Inspection, before shipment.

Q:6.What is the time for sampling or mass production?
A:(1) Sample Lead Time -- 3-5 days upon receipt of your sample/artwork and advanced payment.
(2) Production Lead Time -12-15 days upon receipt of your approval of the pre-production sample and advanced payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q:7.What are your terms of delivery?
A:We accept EXW, FOB, C&F, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q:8. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A:Show us clear photos or video of the quality problem, or send back a few samples for our study, we will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problem.
