Q1: Are you the factory or trade company?
A:We are the manufacturer and trade company, we have our own factory and knitted fabric mill

Q2: What is the MOQ ?
A: Usually we ask 500 pieces for our available styles, and 1000 pieces for custom colors and styles.

Q3: What is the lead time for 1000 pieces?
A: Uauslly the lead time will be 30 days for our available styles, and 30-40 days for custom styles.

Q4: Can we custom our logo?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM orders, customized printings ,embroider and other request are available.

Q5: Can you produce small orders?
A: Yes,we can.But if the order is smaller than MOQ,the cost will a little bit higher.

Q6: How to ensure the product quality?
A: We have strict quality system. From material collection to cut and sew, from beginning of production to the end of packaging,each process will be carefully controlled by our strong QC department.

Q7:How about the details of quality control
A:
1.We have our own SOP standard ,for example ,workers are going to inspect machine status before starting to stitch
2. There are some key points we pay more concerns when we make inspection such as the dirty mark,tread ends ,jumping stitch,the broken stitch etc.
3. if spandex knit fabric ,we will do relaxation for 24 hours before cutting to assure the accuracy of measurements

Q8:Do you test the fabric before cutting
A:Yes, we do,but pls offer us about your standard before make quotation or before order confirmation like washing test ,colour fastness ,heavy metals, azo free etc.
