As long as you send design drawings or pictures, we can customize them for you. All kinds of embroidery, printing and hat types can be done as long as you imagine.
Q : How to get a sample?
A : Usually, we make free samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new design men underwear, you will afford the design charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.
Q : How long is the lead time?
A : 7-10 days for sample, 2-4 weeks after order confirmed( working day).
Q : Can You Produce Our Own Design Products?
A : Welcome to sample processing, and we can provide OEM/ODM services. We have a professional design and production team, that can produce according to your requirements.
Q: How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A: You can use your DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account by freight collect at destination. For those customers who do not have an courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or paypal. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
You can pay to our company account by trade assurance. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days.
