ASIAPO(China), Xiamen Jiachenxin Imp.&Exp. is its oversea sales department, established in 2003, a large enterprise that integrates weaving mill, garments manufacturer, trading with registered capital of RMB61, 880, 000, located in Dongshi industrial park of Jinjiang, Fujian,China, adjacent to Shishi city,the center of apparel industrial chain .
As a professional manufacturer and exporter, we have professional design and sales team for ODM & OEM service. There are 4 production bases, registered working staff 700 with an yearly production capacity of more than 4 million pieces for its main products, include puffer jackets & outdoor jackets, various fleece/sherpa jackets, sweatshirts, jogging suits, shorts, long pants, etc.

Q1: Are you the factory or trade company?
A:We are the manufacturer and trade company, we have our own factory and knitted fabric mill
Q2: What is the MOQ ?
A: Usually we ask 500 pieces for our available styles, and 1000 pieces for custom colors and styles.
Q3: What is the lead time for 1000 pieces?
A: Uauslly the lead time will be 30 days for our available styles, and 30-40 days for custom styles.
Q4: Can we custom our logo?
A: Yes, we welcome OEM orders, customized printings ,embroider and other request are available.
Q5: Can you produce small orders?
A: Yes,we can.But if the order is smaller than MOQ,the cost will a little bit higher.
Q6: How to ensure the product quality?
A: We have strict quality system. From material collection to cut and sew, from beginning of production to the end of packaging,each process will be carefully controlled by our strong QC department.
Q7:How about the details of quality control
A:1.we follow factory standard operating procedure (SOP)to assure the quality of products from ordering fabric to the shipments
2. we pay more concerns when we make inspection such as the dirty mark,tread ends ,jumping stitch,etc.
3. if the fabric is stretched ,we will do relaxation for 24 hours before cutting to insure the accuracy of measurements
Q8:Do you test the fabric before cutting
A:Yes, we do,but pls offer us your requests at the stage of quotations such as washing test ,colour fastness ,heavy metals, azo free etc.
