HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are meticulously tailored to each item's complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while more elaborate designs, such as new prints, may extend up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expediting sample delivery, understanding its pivotal role in your new product decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for intricate items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the additional expenses of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment with the order, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for significant orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent on product volume, design intricacy, and fabric choice. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is necessary for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a timeline of 40 days is recommended, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If garments fall short of quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
