DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, sample fees are waived. However, for complex creations like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics that incur additional development costs, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are in US Dollars. We require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the balance due before shipment or upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large orders, Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight are also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times adapt to order size, design complexity, and fabric availability. For standard styles with readily available materials, we allocate around 20 days for preparatory work. Typically, orders under 10,000 pieces are fulfilled within 40 days, whereas larger orders may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand firm behind our products. If any items fail to meet your quality standards post-delivery, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we pledge to manufacture replacements at no additional charge, eliminating the need to return non-compliant items.
