DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We offer samples at no charge for most items. However, a small fee may apply for complex designs, such as new prints or uniquely dyed fabrics, to cover additional development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. We also accept an L/C at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are influenced by order volume, design complexity, and fabric type. Typically, for standard fabric styles, preparation takes 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces require around 40 days, whereas larger orders may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are dedicated to quality assurance. If garments fail to meet our quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce the items at no cost. Returning defective garments is unnecessary.
