DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We usually provide samples free of charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a small fee is required to cover the cost of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presenting the B/L. For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, allow 40 days; for those over 10,000, estimate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. If a garment fails to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, over 100 pieces, we will replace them at no extra cost, and the return of defective items is not necessary.
