Sample creation timelines are customized based on complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while complex designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples free of charge. However, for intricate items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover the extra dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are executed in US$. Our standard payment terms include a 30% advance upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, a 20-day period is allocated for fabric and accessory preparation for standard fabric styles. We recommend a 40-day timeline for orders under 10,000 pieces, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements free of charge. Returning defective items is not necessary.
