SAMPLE COST POLICY
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items such as new prints or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee applies to cover development costs.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are made in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance with the rest due before shipment or upon a Bill of Lading copy. We also accept Letters of Credit for larger orders.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
Lead times depend on order specifics. Generally, we need 20 days for fabric prep and 40 days for orders under 10,000 pieces. Larger orders may take 50-60 days.
RETURN SERVICE POLICY
We stand by our products. If any items fail your quality checks, we'll refund up to 100 pieces and replace any excess without requiring returns.
