HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are contingent on complexity. Standard items are generally ready within 7 days, whereas intricate designs, like new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize rapid sample delivery, understanding its crucial impact on your product development choices.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Samples are typically complimentary. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remainder due prior to loading or upon the presentation of a B/L. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are influenced by order quantity, design, and material. Standard fabric styles typically require around 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, anticipate about 40 days; for larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand by our product quality. Should any garment fall short of quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For more significant issues exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them without additional cost, and the return of defective items is unnecessary.
