Sample creation timelines vary by complexity. Standard designs are typically ready in 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, understanding its crucial impact on your product development decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We usually provide samples free of charge. However, for complex designs like new prints or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the balance payable prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order volume, design intricacy, and fabric type. For standard fabric styles, preparation requires approximately 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically need 40 days, while those exceeding 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment fall short of our standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no extra charge, with no need to return defective items.
