HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for samples is contingent on the complexity of the product. Standard items typically take about 7 days, while intricate projects like new print designs may require up to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on swift sample turnaround, recognizing its pivotal role in aiding your decision-making on potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are provided at no cost. However, for complex items such as unique print designs or specially dyed fabrics, where additional fees are incurred for development, a nominal fee will be applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance payment per order, with the remainder due before loading or upon presenting a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are influenced by the order's volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard designs using readily available fabric, preparation of materials takes about 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeline, whereas larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. Should any garments not meet your quality standards, we will refund the cost for each item, up to 100 pieces. For over 100 defective pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the faulty items to us.
