HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The duration for sample preparation varies with the product complexity. Typically, regular products take about 7 days, while intricate projects like new print designs may require up to 21 days. At GB, we take pride in our swift sample turnaround, recognizing its vital role in aiding your product decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Our policy generally exempts sample charges. However, for complex products like novel print designs or specially dyed fabrics, where additional costs arise for dyeing and development, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our typical payment terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production timelines are contingent on the product's volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard styles with readily available fabric, we allocate approximately 20 days for material preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces are usually fulfilled within 40 days, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces are advised a timeline of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we ensure accountability for our products. Should any garments not meet your quality standards upon receipt, we offer a refund for up to 100 items. For more than 100 items failing quality control, we commit to manufacturing replacements at no additional cost. There's no need to return the unsatisfactory items.
