HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The duration for sample preparation varies according to complexity; standard products take approximately 7 days, whereas intricate projects like new print designs may require up to 21 days. At GB, our swift sample turnaround is a testament to our understanding of its critical role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, we offer samples at no cost. However, for complex products like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover additional dyeing and development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance payable prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent on factors such as order volume, design complexity, and fabric selection. Generally, for standard styles utilizing readily available fabrics, a 20-day period is needed for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, whereas larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, we stand behind the quality of our products. Should any items fail your quality control upon receipt, we will reimburse the cost of each item up to 100 pieces. For larger quantities exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional charge. You are not required to return any defective items.
