DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We typically provide samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new prints or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover development costs, ensuring precision and quality.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the balance due before loading or upon B/L presentation. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are influenced by volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect 40 days; orders over 10,000 pieces may take 50-60 days.
