The timeline for sample preparation varies by complexity. Standard products are ready in as little as 7 days, while intricate projects, like new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, our swift sample turnaround is a testament to our commitment to assisting you in making informed decisions on potential new offerings.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, our samples are offered at no charge. However, for complex items such as original print designs or newly dyed fabrics, where additional development costs are incurred, a nominal fee may apply.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment structure involves a 30% advance upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times fluctuate based on order specifics such as volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard styles using readily available materials, fabric and accessory preparation takes approximately 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeline, extending to 50-60 days for larger quantities exceeding 10,000 pieces.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETUREN SERVICE?
Absolutely, our commitment to quality means we stand behind our products. Should any items not meet your rigorous quality control, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 items, we will promptly manufacture replacements at no additional cost, with no need for you to return the original items.
