DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We take pleasure in offering most samples at no charge. However, for complex designs such as custom prints or dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. The usual payment terms require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order size, design complexity, and fabric selection. Standard fabric styles necessitate about 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate a 40-day lead time; for quantities over 10,000, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we uphold the excellence of our products. If any garment does not meet our rigorous standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies involving over 100 pieces, we'll provide replacements free of charge, with no need to return defective items.
