DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We typically provide samples free of charge. For more intricate items, such as custom prints or dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to offset the costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US Dollars. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading. For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are influenced by order size, design, and fabric choice. Standard fabric styles typically require around 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate a 40-day lead time; for those exceeding 10,000 pieces, expect 50-60 days.
