HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines vary by complexity. Standard items are typically completed in 7 days, whereas detailed designs, like new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize quick sample delivery, understanding its critical importance in your product development choices.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We typically provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to offset the expenses of dye and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are processed in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger transactions, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent on order volume, design intricacies, and fabric choice. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for those exceeding 10,000, expect timelines of 50 to 60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. If any garment fails to meet our quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them without additional cost, and returning defective items is not necessary.
