Our samples are typically complimentary. However, for more complex items such as bespoke print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover the additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US$. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the balance due before shipping or upon Bill of Lading presentation. We also offer Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Our production lead times are product-specific. Typically, for standard styles with common fabrics, preparation takes 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces need about 40 days, while larger orders over 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
