HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for sample preparation varies by type. Standard products typically take around 7 days, while more intricate projects, such as developing new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, our commitment to swift sample turnaround reflects our understanding of its crucial role in facilitating your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
In most cases, samples are provided at no cost. However, for intricately designed products, such as those involving new prints or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional costs for dyeing and print development occur, a nominal fee may be applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For substantial orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also an acceptable form of payment.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon the product's complexity, volume, and fabric. Typically, for standard designs using readily available fabrics, we allocate approximately 20 days for sourcing materials. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we suggest a lead time of about 40 days, whereas larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand behind the quality of our garments. Should any items not meet your quality standards upon receipt, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies surpassing 100 pieces, we will reproduce the garments at no extra charge, with no requirement for you to return the original items.
