HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are tailored to complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expediting sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally offer samples at no charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment with the order, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent upon product volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is ideal. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are committed to the quality of our products. If garments do not meet our quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies over 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no cost, with no requirement for returning defective items.
