HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The creation of samples is a tailored process, with timelines varying by complexity. Standard items are typically ready in 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new print patterns, might take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize prompt sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your strategic decisions for potential product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
In most cases, samples are provided free of charge. However, for specialized items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover the additional costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our financial transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment for orders, with the balance payable before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accommodate a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Our lead times are tailored to your order's specifics, including volume, design, and fabric type. Typically, we allocate approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advisable. For larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, expect lead times around 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Should you encounter garments that do not meet quality standards, we offer a full refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies beyond 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra cost, sparing you the inconvenience of returning the defective items.
