HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines are influenced by complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, whereas intricate designs, like new prints, may extend to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its pivotal role in your decision-making for upcoming product launches.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items, such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For larger transactions, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, preparation typically takes around 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeframe is advised. For larger orders, anticipate lead times of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, our dedication to quality is steadfast. If garments do not pass quality checks, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
