HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation times vary with complexity. Standard items typically require 7 days, whereas complex designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we are committed to expediting sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in your decision-making for new product prospects.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for items involving intricate designs like new prints or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are executed in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for large orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary by product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advised. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces generally have lead times of about 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost, with no requirement to return defective items.
