The duration for sample preparation varies by type, typically ranging from 7 days for standard products to 21 days for intricate projects like new print designs. At GB, we excel in rapid sample creation, recognizing its critical role in your product decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
While we generally offer samples at no charge, more complex items, such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, may incur a nominal fee to cover the additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard payment terms involve a 30% advance deposit upon order placement, with the balance due prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production timelines are contingent on order size, design complexity, and fabric availability. For regular styles with standard materials, we require approximately 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically take 40 days, while larger orders may necessitate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely! We stand behind our products. Should any items fail your quality standards upon receipt, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. For over 100 defective items, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. You are not required to return the subpar items.
