HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for samples varies, generally taking 7 days for standard designs to 21 days for complex new projects, such as unique print creations. At GB, we emphasize prompt sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in supporting your product decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, sample fees are waived. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional development costs occur, a nominal fee is applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are in US Dollars, requiring a 30% upfront payment upon order placement, with the balance payable before shipment or upon receiving the Bill of Lading (B/L). For extensive orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary according to order size, design complexities, and fabric availability. For standard styles with available materials, we allocate around 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces are typically completed within 40 days, while larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any items fail to meet your quality expectations post-delivery, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, without requiring the return of the non-compliant items.
