DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for intricate items such as newly designed prints or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is levied to cover dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance deposit on orders, with the remainder due before loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For larger transactions, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary by order size, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles are prepared in approximately 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day period is suggested. Larger orders may require lead times of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
