HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample timelines vary based on complexity: anticipate 7 days for standard items, extending to 21 days for intricate designs. At GB, we pride ourselves on swift sample delivery, understanding its critical role in your decision-making process for new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, our samples are complimentary. However, for complex items such as bespoke print designs or custom dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. The standard terms require a 30% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due before shipping or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on product specifics. Generally, for standard styles using typical fabrics, fabric and accessory preparation takes 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require around 40 days; for larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, 50-60 days is advisable.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any garments do not meet your quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For more extensive quality issues, we will gladly re-manufacture the items at no extra cost, with no need to return defective items.
