Most samples are free of charge. However, for complex items like new prints or custom-dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover the costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are in US$. Normal terms are a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presenting the Bill of Lading. For larger orders, a Letter of Credit at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary by order size, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles need about 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day period is suggested. For larger orders, expect 50-60 days.
