HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The creation time for samples depends on their complexity. Standard products are typically completed in 7 days, while more intricate designs, like new prints, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we emphasize rapid sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
In most cases, samples are provided free of charge. However, for complex items such as new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover the additional costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment on orders, with the remainder due before loading or upon presenting the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric selection. For standard fabric styles, we typically need around 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces generally have a 40-day timeline, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, we uphold our commitment to quality. If you receive garments that do not meet our quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies beyond 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no extra cost. Returning defective items is not required.
