Sample preparation time may vary depending on complexity. For standard items, expect a swift 7-day turnaround, while intricate projects like new print designs may take up to 21 days. DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for more intricate designs such as novel prints or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applicable to cover dyeing and development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipping or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
