HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The duration for sample creation is dependent on complexity. Standard products are typically ready in 7 days, while intricate items, such as new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we emphasize prompt sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making process for prospective new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, our samples are provided free of charge. However, for complex items, such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is assessed to cover additional costs for dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment on orders, with the balance payable prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on product volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, we typically need about 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. Orders over 10,000 pieces generally require lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we stand firmly behind our products. If any garments fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no extra cost, and you are not obligated to return the defective items.
