Our samples are generally complimentary. However, for complex items such as bespoke print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may be necessary to cover additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We conduct transactions in US dollars. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the balance due prior to shipping or upon Bill of Lading presentation. For larger orders, we also offer Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Our production lead times are tailored to each product. Typically, for standard styles with common fabrics, preparation takes approximately 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces require about 40 days, while larger orders over 10,000 pieces may necessitate 50-60 days.
