DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally offer samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a minimal fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance payment with the balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the B/L. For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent upon volume, design, and fabric type. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, allow 40 days; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we guarantee our products. If any garment fails to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no extra cost, with no requirement to return defective items.
