The sample timeline varies, typically spanning from 7 days for standard designs to 21 days for complex new projects, such as unique print creations. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its vital role in facilitating informed product decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, sample fees are waived. However, for intricate items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where extra development costs arise, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are processed in US Dollars. Our terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the balance due before shipment or upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For significant orders, Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight are also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order volume, design complexity, and fabric availability. For standard styles with available materials, we allocate around 20 days for preparation. Typically, orders under 10,000 pieces are completed within 40 days, while larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. If any items do not meet your quality standards post-delivery, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. For issues exceeding 100 pieces, we pledge to manufacture replacements at no extra charge, without requiring the return of the non-compliant items.
