DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, we offer samples free of charge. However, for complex items requiring new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover additional costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are processed in US dollars. Standard terms include a 30% advance, with the balance due prior to shipment or upon presentation of a Bill of Lading. We also accept Letters of Credit at sight for larger transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary with product volume, design, and fabric. For standard styles with readily available materials, preparation takes around 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically have a 40-day lead time, while larger orders may require 50-60 days.
