HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The duration varies with sample type. Standard products take about 7 days, while intricate projects, like new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on swift sample turnaround to accelerate your decision-making on new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, which involve additional dyeing and development costs, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are accepted in US dollars. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the balance due before shipment or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. We also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for regular styles using standard fabric, fabric and accessory preparation takes about 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while those over 10,000 pieces may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any garments do not meet your quality standards upon receipt, we will refund the cost for up to 100 items. For over 100 items failing quality control, we will provide replacements at no extra cost. Returning the defective items is unnecessary.
