HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for sample preparation varies by complexity. Typically, standard products are ready in just 7 days. For more intricate projects, like the development of unique print designs, it can extend up to 21 days. At GB, we are dedicated to a swift sample turnaround, recognizing its critical role in aiding your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no charge. However, for complex items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics that incur additional costs, a nominal fee may be applied to cover these expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon loading or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent on the order's volume, design, and fabric. For standard styles, where fabric procurement is straightforward, we allocate 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we advise a 40-day lead time, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces typically require around 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETUREN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garments not meet your quality standards upon receipt, we will refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. If more than 100 pieces are affected, we pledge to produce replacements at no additional charge. You are not required to return the non-compliant items.
