Sample lead times are tailored to the complexity of your project. Expect a swift 7-day turnaround for standard items, while intricate designs may take up to 21 days. At GB, our efficient sample process ensures you receive timely insights to facilitate your decision-making.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We typically offer samples free of charge. However, for complex items such as new print designs or unique dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover the additional development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order, with the remaining balance due before shipping or against a Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Our production timelines are influenced by order specifics. Standard styles with readily available fabrics require approximately 20 days for material preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces generally take 40 days, while larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely. We stand by our products. Should any items not meet your quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, we'll replace the items at no extra cost, without requiring the return of the defective goods.
