HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines fluctuate with complexity. Standard products are generally ready within 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may extend up to 21 days. At GB, we are committed to expedited sample delivery, understanding its crucial impact on your product development choices.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We typically provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% deposit with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading. For substantial orders, we also accommodate a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent upon volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles necessitate approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, please allow 40 days; for quantities exceeding 10,000, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment fail to meet our stringent quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. In cases of larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we provide replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the defective items.
