Standard items typically require a swift 7-day turnaround, while intricate projects such as new print designs may extend to 21 days. At GB, we excel in delivering samples promptly, acknowledging their crucial role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. For more complex items, like innovative print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover additional dyeing and development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% upfront payment on orders, with the balance settled before shipment or against a Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we accept Letters of Credit (L/C) payable at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times fluctuate based on order specifics. For standard designs using readily available fabrics, a 20-day period is typical for materials preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advised, while larger orders may necessitate 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our garments. Should any items not meet your quality expectations, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional charge, with no need for the return of defective items.
