DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally offer samples at no cost. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a minimal fee is necessary to cover the costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are in US$. Standard terms involve a 30% advance payment with the balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles need about 20 days for preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, allow 40 days; for over 10,000, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Certainly, we guarantee our products. If any garment doesn't meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues, over 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, and returning defective items is not required.
