HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for sample creation is tailored to the intricacy of the design. Standard items are typically completed within 7 days, while more complex designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we aim to expedite sample delivery, recognizing its pivotal role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples at no cost. However, for intricate items involving new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover the additional expenses associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All financial transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on product volume, design, and fabric type. Typically, a 20-day period is needed for the preparation of fabric and accessories for standard fabric styles. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is advised, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may require lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are steadfast in our commitment to product quality. If garments do not meet the expected standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will produce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is not necessary.
