HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The duration for sample creation varies with complexity. Standard products usually take 7 days, while more intricate projects, such as new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we emphasize expedited sample delivery, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making for potential new offerings.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are free of charge. However, for more complex items like new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a small fee is charged to cover the costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment on orders, with the balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on product volume, design complexity, and fabric choice. For standard fabric styles, we need about 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces usually require a 40-day timeline, while larger orders may take approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
We absolutely stand by our products. If any garments fail quality control, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, we will manufacture replacements at no extra charge, and there's no need to return the defective items.
