Sample creation timelines are tailored to the complexity of the design. Standard items typically require 7 days, whereas intricate designs, such as new prints, may take up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize expediting sample delivery, recognizing its pivotal role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We generally provide samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All financial transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard payment terms involve a 30% advance upon order placement, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on product volume, design, and fabric type. Typically, a 20-day period is required for fabric and accessory preparation for standard fabric styles. For orders under 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeline. Orders exceeding 10,000 pieces have lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we uphold the quality of our products. Should garments fall short of quality standards, we offer refunds for up to 100 pieces. For discrepancies exceeding 100 pieces, we will reproduce replacements at no additional cost. Returning defective items is unnecessary.
