We generally offer samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the costs associated with dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on volume, design, and fabric. Standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, allow 40 days; for quantities exceeding 10,000, anticipate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any garment fail to meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will replace them at no additional cost, and there is no need to return the defective items.
