HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation timelines vary with complexity. Standard products typically take 7 days, whereas intricate projects, like new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize speedy sample delivery, acknowledging its crucial role in your decision-making process for prospective new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Samples are usually offered at no cost. However, for complex items such as new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover the extra costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment on orders, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, standard fabric styles require approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. For orders over 10,000 pieces, anticipate lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand firmly behind our products. If you receive garments that do not meet quality standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. You are not required to return the defective items.
